CTDI in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities and drive efficiency across departments. The role manages ~150 staff (temp and full-time), reports to senior leadership, and ensures SLAs with major telecom and internet providers are met.

You will develop policies, monitor KPI performance, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to optimize workflows. Eligible for weekly pay, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
• Demonstrates leadership and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with focus on deadlines and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of multiple departments and functional areas within the branch to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Management of approximately 150 temporary and full-time associates.
• Providing regular reports to senior management on performance of operational initiatives.
• Align department goals with financial objectives (revenue, OpEx, Gross Margin, NIAT).
• Communicates with Corporate management and customers to ensure SLAs and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Oversee financial performance including daily P&L calls with Corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management to minimize stock issues.
• Meet or surpass daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff and foster a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and address customer needs.
• Address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist escalated issues during shifts and coordinate with corporate resources.
