Job summary

CTDI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, while implementing policies to improve productivity and efficiency.

You will manage P&L reporting, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years’ leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse/distribution environments.
• Experience with P&L/budgets and reporting.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping).
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports, daily P&L reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; provide training and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and meet SLAs.
• Address escalations and provide next-level support during shifts.
• Utilize WMS and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
