Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the assigned warehouse department. The role focuses on managing labor and equipment, coordinating receiving, storage, and distribution, and training associates on shifts.

You will lead on KPIs, ensure procedures and quality processes, and support continuous improvements while aligning with safety guidelines and 5S standards. The schedule includes midweek shifts and alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees and monitor departmental functions on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Performance management of all employees (KPIs).
• Document, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.
• Load and unload trucks.
• New customer integration and migration testing.
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements.
