Job summary

Performance Team in the United States is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping activities in a busy warehouse. You will coordinate 20+ staff, manage payroll and inventory accuracy, and ensure safe operations while meeting performance metrics.

The role requires leadership, experience in cycle counts and inventory control, and strong scheduling skills to optimize inbound/outbound workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees in a warehouse/operations setting.
• Ability to plan inbound/outbound schedules and manage staffing to meet metrics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of 20+ warehouse staff.
• Maintains inventory records; conducts cycle counts and audits.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and enforces policy.
