Job summary

Performance Team in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in a busy facility.

You will plan inbound and outbound schedules, assign tasks, supervise 20+ staff, maintain inventory accuracy, manage payroll for the department, and ensure safety procedures are followed. This full-time, on-site role offers medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and flexible schedules where possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to plan inbound/outbound schedules and optimize work flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
• Assist with inventory control and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Assign workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage payroll for the department.
• Communicate procedures to warehouse staff and resolve issues.
