Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan work.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Updates operational procedures and communicates them to staff.
• Tracks productivity and evaluates performance by function.
• Works with Inventory Control to maximize inventory accuracy.
• Advises employees on handling, storage, and shipping of items.
• Traces item history to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Determines work procedures and expedites workflow.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Maintains harmony and resolves grievances.
