Job summary

Performance Team is hiring for Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution roles on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and distribution to support client demands.

Responsibilities include leading teams, adhering to safety standards, operating warehouse systems (WMOS, SAP, Manhattan, UPS WorldShip), and collaborating with Customer Service to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and ability to lift 40–75 pounds.
• Experience using warehouse systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate RF handheld devices and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and assist with workload; monitor progress and resolve routine issues.
• Ensure safe, clean, and orderly work areas and compliance with PPE and safety rules.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with Customer Service.
• Design forms and documents to streamline processes or automate tasks.
