Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a qualified Operations Leader to manage a DashMart distribution center in Florida. You will recruit, lead, coach, and retain an efficient team of shift leads and associates, owning day-to-day operations, labor budgeting, and site metrics to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.

You must be a proven leader with 3+ years in high-volume operations, able to work late nights and weekends, and comfortable using data tools like Excel or Google Sheets for analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations).
• Proven ability to develop people and deliver results.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• Data-driven with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead local warehouse team and coach frontline staff.
• Own day-to-day operations and labor budget.
• Ensure site meets key quality metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed).
• Drive process improvements using data to reduce pain points.
• Collaborate with central teams to provide tools and resources.
