Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a warehouse leader for its DashMart distribution center to recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ associates, own day-to-day operations, and ensure safe, fast and accurate fulfillment. You’ll own scheduling and labor budgets, hit site-level metrics, and delight customers by improving order accuracy and speed.

You’ll partner with inventory and training teams to provide the tools and resources to raise performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, fulfilment, logistics).
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Owns 24/7 operations across multiple shifts and is comfortable with startup style ambiguity.
• Data-driven problem solving using Excel/Sheets for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and associates; build a strong culture.
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations including scheduling and labor budgeting.
• Delight customers with accurate, fast order fulfillment and quality metrics.
• Strategize using data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
