Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a site leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse team. You’ll recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing staff, own daily operations, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts. You’ll use data to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

You’ll also manage scheduling and labor budgets, ensuring site-level metrics are met while collaborating with central teams to support growth and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ team leadership in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics) with a track record of developing people.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and delivering results.
• Ownership mindset: support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+) to high performance.
• Own day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budget management.
• Maintain key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements for warehouse operations.
