Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a warehouse leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and lead a multi-person operations team. You will own daily operations, scheduling, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts, with a focus on high-quality order fulfillment.

You will drive process improvements using data, maintain key metrics, and collaborate with central teams to support inventory and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high volume operations.
• Proven ability to develop people and deliver results.
• Ability to manage a labor budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ Operations Associates to high performance.
• Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse and ensure safe, efficient processes.
• Maintain key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Use data to identify pain-points and drive process improvements across warehouse operations.
