Job summary

United Future in Janesville, WI seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 10 in receiving, storage, and distribution for the headquarters. You will steer operations to optimize safety, accuracy, and timely product output across the warehouse network.

You will develop supply chain strategies, manage KPIs, ensure inventory accuracy, QA collaboration, and compliance with regulations, while coordinating with maintenance for equipment and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Experience with WMS/SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proven ability to develop and track KPIs and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the effective operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies and performance goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Be accountable for all controlled inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure QA, inventory accuracy, and timely inbound/outbound transactions; collaborate with QA to resolve issues.
• Conduct physical cycle counts, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and capital expenditure proposals for warehouses.
• Manage safe operation of forklifts for special project requests.
• Meet shipping volume objectives and promptly report exceptions.
