Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Janesville, WI to lead a team of warehouse associates in receiving, storage and distribution of raw, WIP, and finished goods. You will drive KPIs, improve supply chain strategies, and ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on optimizing safety, timely output, and cost-effectiveness within a headquarters warehouse, with responsibility for equipment and capital expenditure planning.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP transitions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates in receiving, storage and distribution.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies and KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely inbound/outbound transactions.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on product quality issues.
• Oversee equipment and maintenance for shipping/warehousing assets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
