Job summary

Fetch seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations in Atlanta, directing drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This front-line role partners with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan, uphold Fetch standards, and deliver a superior resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in warehouse/operations, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage labor, safety, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations; supervisory or team lead preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of background checks

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; set goals and assign duties
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities
• Provide timely feedback and coach associates; escalate issues to Warehouse Manager
• Train associates on standard operating procedures and ensure SOP compliance
• Coordinate with independent contractors; onboarding and scheduling
• Use Fetch WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow and KPI attainment
• Maintain access control and safety on the floor; report lost devices
• Resolve resident/customer experience tickets daily
• Offer coverage for Warehouse Manager as needed
• Be on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and third-party agencies
