Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn Fetch WMS and related tech quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift/post-shift meetings and coordinate labor allocation.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs on the floor.
