Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Livonia, MI site, guiding drivers, associates, and contractors. The role partners with the Warehouse Manager to execute the plan, uphold Fetch standards, and ensure on-time delivery to residents.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in warehouse/operations with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics/operations with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication to direct a team.
• Proficiency with technology platforms and Fetch WMS.
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings and assign duties.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Provide feedback and coaching; work with Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Serve as on-site contact for residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor performance metrics and report KPIs.
