Job summary

Performance Team is seeking an operations leader to manage activities related to operations and development of company products. The role involves guiding production planning, setting quality standards, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet cost and delivery goals.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in warehouse operations management and at least 1 year in cold storage, plus experience in fast-paced production environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience working in production-based/fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and development of company products, directly or via supervisors.
• Assist in product strategy input and R&D for new products.
• Establish production and quality standards, manage budget and cost controls, track delivery dates.
• Guide manufacturing process planning including staffing, materials, subcontracting, facilities, tooling.
