Job summary

GEODIS, a global logistics provider, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily DC activities, supervise staff, manage schedules, and monitor inventory accuracy. You will ensure safe operations and adherence to procedures while supporting payroll and performance goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with proficiency in warehouse systems and MS Office. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems.
• PC literate with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, and material handling.
• Prepares work schedules and manages labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in timekeeping system.
• Interviews and trains new team members.
• Supervises staff development and performance appraisal.
