Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads operational procedures for shipments and inventory.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
• Coordinates with customer service and sales for warehouse activities.
• Manages staffing, training, and performance of supervisors and hourly staff.
• Monitors KPIs to ensure profitability and productivity of distribution center.
