GEODIS is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role involves coordinating shifts, labor planning, and reporting to management to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution center roles
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with warehouse equipment and WMS
• Experience with labor management systems
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center activities
• Supervise staff and direct order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, and material handling
• Schedule work and manage labor needs
• Track labor hours and payroll in timekeeping system
• Interview and train new team members
• Advise on process improvements and safety compliance
• Prepare leadership reports and monitor performance goals
• Ensure adherence to ISO9002 procedures and company policies
