Job summary

GEODIS in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily activities within the distribution center and supervise staff. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory, labor scheduling, and training, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and ISO9002 standards.

This role offers opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and seasonal work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and WMS/LMS systems.
• PC literate; able to read safety rules and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs order fulfillment, inventory and material handling.
• Prepares work schedules and adjusts for labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping.
• Interviews and trains new team members.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and ISO9002 procedures.
• Prepares reports for leadership and supports process improvements.
