Job summary

GEODIS is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision. You will coordinate daily DC operations, manage labor, and ensure adherence to ISO9002 and safety standards within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse roles and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with hands-on experience in warehouse equipment and WMS/LMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related warehouse and/or distribution center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Experience with labor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling.
• Prepares work schedules and manages labor needs.
• Monitors labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
• Interviews and trains new team members.
