Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience with labor management systems (LMS).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory management, stocking, and related needs.
• Prepares work schedules and reacts quickly regarding labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
• Interviews and trains prospective and new team members.
• Supervises development of staff including evaluating performance and addressing issues.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock levels; supports improvements.
• Prepares reports for leadership and maintains warehouse conditions.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
