Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in North Las Vegas is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead hourly staff in packing, loading/unloading, cross-docking and customer service, ensuring operations meet company service and cost objectives.

You will supervise scheduling, monitor attendance and productivity, conduct coaching, and participate in interviews, while maintaining safety, quality and regulatory compliance across shift processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates and supervise scheduling and workflow.
• Oversee loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service operations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and coaching; interview hourly staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies; complete records and reports.
• Manage overtime and drive productivity targets; communicate performance standards.
