Penske Logistics is seeking a proven Operations Manager to lead warehousing teams and drive customer satisfaction while achieving financial targets. You will develop plans, execute them with discipline, and foster a safe, incident-free work environment.

The role requires 3+ years of warehouse leadership, strong communication, and the ability to recruit, train and retain talent. Day shift with flexibility and performance-based bonuses apply.

Formación

• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with supervising warehouse associates in distribution center management.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and sustain training for supervisors and associates aligned to customer objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain quality associates.
• Maintain two-way communication to inform, motivate and recognize excellence.
• Build strong relationships with associates, customer, and supporting departments.
• Meet or exceed customer KPIs and collaborate with sites to share best practices.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans; manage P&L.
