Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor at a Penske warehousing location in Avondale, AZ. You will lead hourly staff, schedule workload, ensure accuracy of tasks, and drive continuous improvement while meeting customer requirements and cost objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on operational experience. You will participate in hiring, performance management, and safety initiatives to maintain high service levels.
