Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead at a single warehousing location in the United States. The role involves directing a hourly workforce, coordinating loading/unloading, cross‑docking and customer service to meet service and cost objectives. You will participate in hiring, supervision, and corrective actions as needed.

Salary ranges from $56,200 to $74,500 plus shift differential. Bonus eligibility is based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related functional experience
• Strong written/oral communication and the ability to actively listen
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel as necessary and work at the location
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to meet customer requirements and company objectives
• Coordinate daily operations including loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service
• Provide discipline decisions up to written warnings as necessary
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to associates
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance in all site processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and productivity targets
