Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related functional experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Owns responsibilities to run the operation with urgency.
• Builds rapport with associates and external customers at all levels.
• Time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Capable of problem solving and independent decision making.
• Drive process improvement and lead change.
• Inventory management system experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks.
• Supervise processes and scheduling, with corrective actions up to written warnings.
• Participate in hiring processes and customer meetings as needed.
• Lead team meetings and monitor performance to meet customer objectives.
