Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation management and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly workforce and schedule workforce/equipment.
• Lead daily operations including loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; coach and counsel associates.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate documentation.
• Interact with customers and drive continuous improvement.
