Job summary

Arvato is an innovative global 3PL provider seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the warehouse department, manage labor and equipment, and ensure timely, quality order fulfillment. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution from suppliers or production shops.

Prioritize orders and train shifts, while driving KPI-focused performance and safety standards. Strong leadership and experience with SAP or WMS systems, plus a proactive approach to improvements, are

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years supervisory warehouse experience.
• Experience in picking, packing and shipping.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Manage KPI-based performance of staff.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes.
• Maintain equipment and supplies for the department.
• Adhere to vendor shipping requirements and customer requests.
• Track timekeeping and metrics in WMS reporting.
• Coordinate end-of-shift procedures and closeouts.
• Support new customer integrations and testing.
• Load/unload trucks and understand traffic coordination.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and safety rules.
