Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment in Miami, FL. You will manage shipping/receiving, inventory control, and equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory warehouse experience, strong communication and math skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems. Extended hours may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Strong math skills and accurate data entry.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing and productivity.
• Oversee storage, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and SOPs are followed and training is provided.
• Monitor paperwork flow and resolve discrepancies in shipping docs and invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
