Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations across stores, supervise specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and support freight scheduling based on customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment)
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel for efficient operations and cost control.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs with relevant managers.
• Ensure accurate storage, staging, and counting of products.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
• Prepare activity reports for management and support cross-department coordination.
• Assist in the Storage Buy Audit COP and inventory rotation.
