Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for our stores. You will oversee warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor in freight planning.

You will direct shipping, receiving, inventory control and maintenance, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency across the operation. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with other departments
• Effective communication (oral and written)
• Competent in basic math
• Strong computer skills in Windows-based systems
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available for extended hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment and OSHA compliance
• Train associates and enforce SOPs
• Conduct progressive discipline as needed
• Handle employee inquiries and problem solve
• Coordinate with departments to optimize operations
• Complete activity reports for management
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping/invoices/packing slips
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP and ensure staging for counts
• Ensure proper storage to conserve space and safety
