Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and support freight scheduling across stores. You will ensure safety, SOP compliance, and efficient handling of shipments and inventory. Strong leadership, math and computer skills are required to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork with other departments and ongoing reporting to management to optimize warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong math, forecasting and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic computer use.
• Ability to manage workflow and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations and assign staff to keep shipping and receiving on schedule.
• Supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators.
• Support Receiving Supervisor with freight scheduling per inventory needs.
• Ensure safety programs, maintain equipment, and enforce SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse flow.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping docs.
