Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise specialists and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor with freight scheduling. You’ll ensure accurate shipping/receiving, inventory control, and maintenance of equipment while maintaining a safe workplace.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for peak times.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Inventory Control to minimize discrepancies and improve data accuracy.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety programs; lead training and SOP adherence.
