Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coordinate daily freight schedules according to customer and inventory needs.

The role includes managing shipping/receiving, inventory control, safety programs, and collaboration with other departments to optimize logistics. The position requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience (warehouse/distribution center preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication (oral & written) and basic math calculations.
• Strong computer skills; comfortable in Windows-based systems.

Responsabilités

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper manning for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance).
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs; ensure OSHA compliance.
