Job summary

MULTIVAC U.S. is seeking a Warehouse and Materials Coordinator who will own daily inventory, material flow, and shipping operations. You will ensure the right materials are available for production and that SAP records remain accurate and up to date.

You will manage Kanban and shop supplies, receive materials, and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, while maintaining safe and organized storage areas and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant warehouse/inventory/logistics experience or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing setting and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations.
Maintain warehouse location systems, shelving, and inventory identification methods.
Manage stocked inventory, kanban materials, and shop supplies for production.
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities in SAP.
Organize and maintain inventory for accuracy and traceability.
Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production areas per schedule.
Coordinate outbound shipments including packaging and carrier arrangements.
Maintain accurate records and perform cycle counts for integrity.
Keep storage areas safe, organized, and efficient.
Identify and implement improvements to material flow and warehouse processes.
