MULTIVAC USA is seeking a logistics data specialist to manage data movement for warehousing into SAP EWM and ERP. You will work closely with logistics and inventory teams, ensuring accurate master data and timely shipments across the SAP landscape.
The role emphasizes troubleshooting EWM/ERP issues, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the Parts Room and distribution operations. No travel is required, standard hours with occasional peak-season overtime.

This role is critical in the management of the movement of data related to warehousing and logistics into and out of SAP EWM and ERP. This role will work closely with logistics management, inventory management, as well as SAP Analysts
Normal business hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. During peak seasons overtime or Saturday work may be required. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate our internal and external customer needs. This position will require no travel.

High School Diploma or GED, and two years warehouse/material related experience.Associate’s degree in logistics or related field preferred. Must have the ability to technically troubleshoot EWM and ERP related issues and properly prioritize and execute against issues as they arise.Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; inventory and manufacturing software; and order processing systems.Prior experience in SAP ERP and EWM/WM preferred.
Current valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a passport for travel as required by position. Must be forklift certification eligible
Past leadership experience preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate is occasionally required to climb or balance. The associate is occasionally required to sit.
