Job summary

MULTIVAC USA is seeking a logistics data specialist to manage data movement for warehousing into SAP EWM and ERP. You will work closely with logistics and inventory teams, ensuring accurate master data and timely shipments across the SAP landscape.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting EWM/ERP issues, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the Parts Room and distribution operations. No travel is required, standard hours with occasional peak-season overtime.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; two years warehouse/material related experience.
Associate’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot EWM and ERP issues and prioritize effectively.
Read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Monitor SAP EWM Interim locations for process errors and coordinate with inventory/ shipping staff.
Research and resolve aged inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure timely shipping.
Maintain SAP ERP and EWM master data such as pick notes and replenishment parameters.
Monitor Autostore HMI and react to items as needed.
Coordinate with SAP Analyst to fix ERP/EWM interface issues.
Support Parts Room operations and respond to supplier requests.
