VIAVI Solutions Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage the flow of materials across manufacturing and logistics in Virginia. You will receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, and support shipping and labeling tasks to ensure timely production.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in warehousing or logistics, experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in materials, warehousing or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, components, and finished goods according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and ERP data entry.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and shipping to optimize material flow.
• Prepare materials for production orders and ensure proper labeling.
