Job summary

Artivion, based near Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a Material Coordinator to support receiving, storing, and moving materials across warehouses. You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, and adherence to SOPs while coordinating with SAP and other systems.

The role requires forklift operation, ability to lift 65 lbs, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is preferred, with driving duties included where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs several times a day.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other material management software preferred.
• Must meet Artivion's driving requirements for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Use and navigate systems and applications used by Material Control (SAP, Outlook, Microsoft, IBM Notes, etc.).
• Accurately pull and transact daily supply orders using FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Transfer raw materials to and from the offsite warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage both offsite and main warehouses in an organized manner.
• Ensure approved raw materials are moved from quarantine to designated locations timely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via periodic physical counts.
• Maintain housekeeping and document completion with current good documentation practices.
• Operate powered forklift.
• Drive company insured vehicles.
