Job summary

MULTIVAC USA in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Warehouse and Materials Coordinator to own inventory, material flow, and shipping, ensuring production teams have materials when needed and accurate records in SAP.

Normal hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm with schedule flexibility for internal/external needs and occasional overtime; travel may occur. Responsibilities include kanban replenishment, receiving, and outbound shipments, requiring forklift ability and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Maintain warehouse location systems, shelving organization, and inventory identification methods.
• Manage stocked inventory, kanban materials, and shop supplies, including replenishment activities.
• Receive incoming materials and equipment, verify quantities and condition, and process transactions within SAP.
• Organize, store, and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and traceability.
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production work areas in support of manufacturing schedules.
