Job summary

Multivac USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Materials Coordinator in Missouri to own inventory, material flow, and warehouse operations within SAP. The role ensures production teams have timely materials, accurate records, and efficient processes.

Hours are 7:30am–4:00pm with occasional overtime and possible travel. Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, kanban replenishment, and cycle counts, while maintaining organized stockrooms and safe storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3 years of relevant warehouse/inventory/logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Strong organizational and inventory control skills; able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Maintain warehouse locations, shelving, and inventory identification for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Manage stocked inventory, kanban materials, and replenishment for production needs.
• Receive materials, verify quantities and condition, process SAP transactions.
• Organize and maintain inventory for accuracy, accessibility, and traceability.
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production areas per schedules.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including packaging, documentation, and carrier arrangements.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts for integrity.
• Keep warehouse and stockrooms organized, safe, and efficient.
• Identify and implement improvements to material flow and warehouse processes.
