Job summary

MULTIVAC U.S. is seeking a Logistics/ERP focused professional to manage data movement into and out of SAP EWM and ERP within our Kansas City warehouse. This role collaborates with logistics, inventory, and SAP analysts to ensure accurate master data and timely shipments.

The candidate will monitor EWM processes, address inbound/outbound issues, and maintain critical material master data. Proficiency in SAP ERP/EWM, Excel, and office software is essential to succeed in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 2 years warehouse/material experience.
Associate’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot EWM and ERP issues and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Monitor SAP EWM Interim locations for process errors and coordinate with inventory coordinator and shipping supervisor.
Research and react to open inbound/outbound deliveries that are aged and ensure they ship to the customer.
Maintain SAP ERP and EWM Master Data (pick notes, replenishment indicators, etc.).
Monitor Autostore HMI and respond to items as needed.
Correct ERP/EWM interface errors with the SAP Analyst.
Oversee consolidation zone and conveyors to ensure timely shipping.
Coordinate MM inventory pulls with Parts Room Supervisor.
Create all internal and intercompany EWM movements.
Convert non-SAP shipping requests into Miscellaneous Deliveries.
Support Parts Room staff and coordinate requests with the Parts Supervisor.
Backup to Parts Room Supervisor for room organization.
