Job summary

Kao is seeking a Material Handler to join our West Chester, OH distribution center. The role focuses on inbound material disposition, receiving, putaway of finished goods, replenishment, and order picking, with emphasis on inventory accuracy and teamwork.

You will work on 1st shift, M-F 6:00am–2:30pm, with occasional overtime. We offer a competitive hourly wage, a corporate bonus, and comprehensive benefits from day one within a supportive, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in active pursuit of it.
• Basic warehouse operations knowledge.
• 1+ years forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Familiarity with container unload is a plus.
• Experience with RF scanning devices and stretch wrap machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate incident-free and follow safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Complete tasks following safety policies and procedures.
• Execute housekeeping duties daily.
• Disposition inbound ocean containers and sort material by SKU and batch numbers.
• Prioritize inbound material flow with leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of Salon inventory and SKU/batch integrity.
• Maintain current material locations via scanning and cycle counts.
