Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Materials Handler for our West Chester distribution center. This role handles inbound material disposition, receiving, putaway, replenishment and order picking, aiming for inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and company policies.

You will work 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with occasional mandatory overtime. Benefits include health coverage starting day one, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience with forklift.
• Experience with container unload is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 10 hours.
• Must be flexible, team player with safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform daily inbound material disposition and putaway.
• Assist with receiving, replenishment, and order picking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Load trucks and ensure DOT compliance.
