Job summary

Kao is hiring a Material Handler for our West Chester, OH distribution center. The role supports inbound disposition, putaway of finished goods, replenishment and order picking. You will help ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies while upholding safety and company policies.

The position runs 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) with mandatory overtime as needed. Benefits start on day one, including medical, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in warehouse with forklift experience.
• Experience with container unload preferred.
• Able to operate RF scanning devices and stretch wrap machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and follow safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Assist with inbound material disposition and putaway.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
• Pick, pack and label items as directed and load trucks when needed.
