Job summary

Kao seeks a Material Handler for its West Chester, OH distribution center. The role supports inbound material disposition, receiving, putaway, replenishment, and order picking, with emphasis on inventory accuracy and safety. Expect 1st shift, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with mandatory overtime as needed.

The position requires forklift experience, RF scanning, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic math aptitude.
• 1+ years in a warehouse environment using a forklift.
• Experience with RF scanning and stretch wrapping is a plus.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and housekeeping tasks.
• Handle inbound materials and palletized goods by SKU/batch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist cycle counts.
• Pack/label items and load trucks per directions.
