Job summary

Kao is hiring a Material Handler for its distribution center in West Chester, OH. The role focuses on inbound material disposition, receive and putaway finished goods, and order picking while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will work 2nd shift (M-F, 2:30pm-11:00pm) with overtime as needed. Candidates should have forklift experience, RF scanning skills, and a strong safety mindset, contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in active pursuit.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and use RF handheld devices.
• Commitment to safety policies and accurate inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and housekeeping tasks.
• Handle inbound material disposition and palletized SKUs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Pack/label items and load trucks while meeting DOT requirements.
