Job summary

Kao is hiring a Material Handler for the West Chester, OH distribution center. The 2nd shift (M–F 2:30pm–11:00pm) works to keep inbound material flowing, with mandatory overtime when needed. You will operate a forklift, inspect daily, and ensure accurate inventory while supporting a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to perform basic math.
• 1+ year warehouse experience with forklift use.
• Experience unloading containers preferred.
• Proficient with handheld RF scanners and stretch wrap machines.
• Flexible, team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Must follow safety policies and maintain clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow safety procedures.
• Conduct daily forklift inspection and housekeeping.
• Assist with inbound material disposition and inventory accuracy.
• Prioritize inbound material flow with leadership.
• Pack/label items and load trucks per DOT requirements.
• Participate in cycle counts and maintain SKU/batch integrity.
